British mother demands apology from government after police terrorized "petrified" daughter who was self-isolating for covid

A 45-year-old mother is demanding an apology from the British government after police officers swarmed her home and terrorized her 12-year-old daughter, who was self-isolating for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19). According to reports, officers visited the home of Kathryn Crook in Middleton, Greater Manchester, to check up on Charlotte, who was obediently distancing from society after testing "positive" for the Chinese Virus. The girl became "petrified," her mother says, after police officers engaged in an "inappropriate and heavy-handed" health check to make sure she was in full compliance with the government's Fauci Flu dictates. Her mother is now livid, calling the health check "overkill." Before the incident, police had visited the Crook home and asked to speak to Charlotte directly. They also "quizzed" her mother about whether or not her daughter was appropriately self-isolating to help "flatten the curve." "They would not tell me and my husband why they wanted to speak to my daughter," Kathryn recalls. "I suggested again that she was only 12 and as her mother, I should be the one they should speak to." "My daughter by this time stood behind me crouching thinking she had done something wrong and was petrified," she added. "The female police officer who stood at our door then proceeded to shout through to my daughter to check she had been isolating." Kathryn spent the rest of the day trying to figure out what was happening and why, only to be told by the Rochdale public health department that the local police had "authorised this to happen."

Kathryn then wrote a letter to her Member of Parliament (MP), Chris Clarkson, expressing her concerns. His office is now in the process of investigating the incident. "During Monday we also received a letter addressed to our daughter from Rochdale council stating that she must get in touch with them as a matter of urgency about her isolating," Kathryn added in a statement. "I called the phone line and they said it was standard practice, even though the leaflet read as if aimed at an adult. I was also told the person who had signed it no longer works there." In other words, the "new normal" in Great Britain, anyway, involves government officials showing up to people's homes randomly and terrorizing them in order to "save lives" from the Wuhan Virus. For the Crooks, this meant getting a knock on the door at around 9pm, just as the family was settling down and getting ready for bed. "It was the police again, this time in a riot van and coming to 'check' again that my daughter was isolating," Kathryn says. "Me and my husband were so annoyed by this. The neighbours had also seen all of this and came out to show their support for us." Having a riot van in the neighborhood certainly was not something that anyone expected, especially for the reasons stated. Was it really necessary to engage in this shock and awe campaign to supposedly help "flatten the curve?"
