DARPA, a government agency, has a history of turning frightening ideas into actuality, and one key figure in the start of
humanity's potential downfall is an unexpected individual named Dr. William Casebeer.
Referred to as "Dr. Bill" by his colleague and fellow supporter of the occult, Dr. James Giordano, both of whom are founders of Narrative Networks project at DARPA, Casebeer aimed to develop a method of altering people's beliefs through targeted messaging, using media tactics, slogans, symbols, and memes to create a network of narratives that align with the government's agenda and supplant other stories people may tell.

In a recent presentation to young military members, Giordano noted: "What I’m going to hear is not applause at the end but the slamming shut of your sphincters with fear. That’s good."
"Speaking of a future at most only decades away, an experimenter in intelligence control asserted, ‘I foresee a time when we shall have the means and therefore, inevitably, the temptation to
manipulate the behavior and intellectual functioning of all the people through environmental and biochemical manipulation of the brain,'" he said, quoting former Carter-era diplomate Zbigniew Brzezinski's work, "Between Two Ages: Americas Role in the Technetronic Era," circa 1972.
