Dr. Francis Boyle tells Mike Adams: Israel can get away with anything because it has the support of the U.S. gov’t

As of the 17th day of the Palestine-Israel war, the Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza said that at least 5,087 Palestinians – including 2055 children – had been killed in Israeli strikes. Additionally, it said 15,273 people had been wounded. The department said that most of the fatalities had occurred in the southern Gaza Strip, where Israel’s military has ordered Palestinians to evacuate. After all the havoc of the Israeli "counterattacks," including repeated bombings of hospitals in Gaza, the United Nations seemed to be putting out condemnation statements against the country. To date, there have already been 51 bombings of hospitals that killed 15 healthcare workers and injured dozens. Moreover, Israeli troops have bombed water treatment facilities as well. So, Gaza can no longer provide functional healthcare; it has no water, the borders have been blocked so there is no food supply and Israel also cut their electricity. "Why is Israel given a pass on this when, if any other nation did it, they would be condemned?" Mike Adams raised this important question during his interview with international human rights lawyer Dr. Francis Boyle on Brighteon.com. "They've always done this. Israel is one of the few countries in the world that can actually get away with destroying UN facilities and killing UN personnel… because it has the support of the United States government. They've done it repeatedly in Gaza," the international law professor from the University of Illinois College of Law said. He added that this has not been the first time and proceeded to cite what happened in 1982 when the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) invaded southern Lebanon. The invasion followed a series of attacks and counter-attacks between the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) operating in southern Lebanon and the IDF that had caused civilian casualties on both sides of the border. "They [Israel] exterminated 25,000 Arabs, with the full support of [then President Ronald] Reagan, including 3000 Palestinian babies, children, women and old men. I represented some of the women who were next of kin, suing the Israeli general in charge of Iran. The Reagan Administration entered that lawsuit to say he had diplomatic privileges and immunities. So, I lost that lawsuit," Boyle lamented, suggesting that this is why Israel is confident. It is because now, they have President Joe Biden's support. But Biden's declaration of support has already solicited negative feedback, pointing out the White House's stand could be a "bad" decision. The unwavering support to Israel came after the bombing of al-Ahli Arab Hospital, which to some critics sounded like a staged event, a set-up for Israel to get Biden's sympathy and humanitarian aid. The Israelis did not take accountability for the explosion and pointed to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad for the "misfire," a failed rocket launch. An analysis of Foreign Policy stated that Biden's emotional and barely nuanced support for Israel may also come to be seen as a costly error for the United States because Hamas's tactics weren't in any way just. "They were not, and there is no place for moral ambiguity about organized and murderous militia raids against villagers and kibbutz members. These were clear atrocities. Rather, this potential criticism is because of Biden's complete unwillingness thus far to discuss how Israel's own behavior toward Palestinians living under its direct control, or on contested territory, has played a role in fueling violence in that region," the article read. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's successive governments have presided over a steady expansion of Israeli settlements in lands claimed by Palestinians, and they have permitted countless and almost constant acts of small-scale violence, discrimination and degrading arbitrary impositions against Palestinians.

Israel's brutality, occupation not in line with the Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal

Elsewhere in the show, Adams lauded Boyle for relaying absolutely extraordinary information to a lot of Americans. According to him, the events of October 7 – as much as we condemn the tactics and innocent slaughter of civilians no matter where they are – have brought to light now a lot of issues about the history of Israel's brutality and occupation, dislocation crimes against innocent civilians and Palestinians. Boyle agreed, citing the current bombing campaign in Gaza by Israel as being a crime against humanity, and proceeded to read provisions on the "Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal." "I want to quote from the 1945 Nuremberg Charter: 'War crimes: wanton destruction of cities, towns or villages.' That's exactly what Israel is doing today," he said, mentioning some mainstream media networks openly reporting the Israeli attacks on Gaza. "So we have to understand under the Nuremberg charter, these are Nazi war crimes that Israel is already inflicting on the people of Gaza. And I would add acts of genocide. And here, the '1948 Genocide Convention,' to which the United States government is a party. We have domestic implementing legislation making genocide a crime for any U.S. government officials to engage in and Israel is a party of the Genocide Convention as well." In Article II of the said international treaty that criminalizes genocide and obligates state parties to pursue the enforcement of its prohibition, genocide was defined as any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
  • Killing members of the group
  • Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; and
  • Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.
"We've already heard Israeli officials say 'No food, no water, no medical supplies.' That's the deliberate infliction of conditions of life. And then the bombing campaign, it's a Nazi war crime," Boyle pointed out. (Related: Israel using Hamas FALSE FLAG attack to commence second great genocide – first was the COVID "vaccine" genocide.)
