Biden must be removed, says WV attorney general: He's an "elderly man with poor memory" who mishandled classified documents
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is
begging Vice President Kamala Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment and declare President Joe Biden unfit for office due to his cognitive decline.
In a letter to Harris, Morrisey addressed a recent report by U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) special counsel Robert Hur who described Biden, 81, as being an "elderly man with poor memory."
That report, Morrisey told Harris, "paints a clear picture of a president who is not up for the job," adding that Biden's "cognitive decline is of great concern to Americans, especially during these times that our nation is falling crisis after crisis both here and abroad."
"We need a president who is mentally fit," Morrisey said.
While Hur advised against prosecuting Biden for his many crimes, including the mishandling of classified documents, his report did take into account Biden's many faux pas and word salad episodes in front of political figures and world leaders who witnessed the president making a fool of himself.

President Harris?
For those unfamiliar with it, the 25th Amendment was adopted in 1965 following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, clarifying the succession of power in the event of a sudden death or resignation of a U.S. leader. In the case of Biden, it allows for Harris, his vice president, to take over if he is no longer able or fit to hold office.
Under Section 4 of the amendment, which is what Morrisey specifically addressed to Harris, the vice president and presidential cabinet have the authority to remove a sitting president if he is deemed physically incapable of performing his duties but refuses to leave.
The 25th Amendment has yet to be invoked, which means this would be the first time, assuming Harris takes Morrisey up on his advice.
In a recent interview with
The Wall Street Journal, Harris indicated that she is "ready to serve" if something were to happen to Biden rendering him unable to continue occupying office. The only problem is that Harris is wildly unpopular, a recent
NBC poll indicating that just 28 percent of registered voters have a positive opinion of her – 53 percent, meanwhile, have a negative view of her.
Even so, Harris told the
Journal that she believes herself to be a popular and proven leader in her own mind, suggesting she has nothing to prove and that her track record speaks for itself.
In typical demented form, Biden is lashing out in anger over the suggestion that he is too old and mentally unfit to continue being president.
"I am an elderly man and I know what I am doing," Biden fumed in response to Hur's description of him.
Ironically, at the same press conference where Biden yelled this, he confused Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi with the leader of Mexico.
A recent
ABC News / Ipsos poll found that as many as 86 percent of U.S. voters believe that Biden is too old to serve another term in office.
"I'm looking forward to Kamala's state of the union address," wrote a commenter mockingly. "The word salads will be spectacular."
"So they want to replace a senile Joe Biden with a stupid Kamala Harris," wrote another. "Sure, that will work out just fine ... not."
"The U.S. needs to put a ceiling on the presidential age, or force 70+ candidates to take a cognitive test to ascertain mental soundness and ability," said another.
